Q1: How fast can i get it?

 

A1:Depending on you internet connection ... it's possible to received your language learning files really fast , within minutes. (High speed connection recomended)

Q2: How many files do I get?

 

A2: You will receive 22 lesson, 22 Video files + 22 Audio files + E-book. You choose either WMV + MP3 (or) MP4 + MP3

(except Bulgarian, Estonian, and Romanian - 20 Video files + 20 Audio files + E-book)

Q3: How do I Pay?

 

A3: Purchase with a Credit Card or Paypal Account directly from our website. Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an Email Receipt that will contain a User Id and Password (check Bulk Email). This will give you Access to your New Language Files, then save the files to your computer and Burn a CD for your archive.

All Users :

Burn a CD - make a CD of your purchased language files so that you have a hardcopy in case of a hard drive failure.

EQ - Adjust audio equalizer settings to maximize sound quality.

The e-Book ( Word Doc. file) - this document is especially useful for those with Audio Only Players.

The e-Book is designed to be folded so that it will be Compact... Not Like a Book. So PRINT IT into 4 QUADRANTS.

In Microsoft Word choose Print, then:

[ Zoom - Pages per sheet chose - "4 pages" ]

Because it's not a book... if you loose it - simply print it again! ... Easy!

Ipod Users:

Playlist - Create a playlist to keep language files organized.

Dimmer - For Ipod Video , use the dimmer adjustment to conserve your battery, this will Greatly Prolong Battery Life! - The dimmest LCD setting will still be visible under most lighting conditions.
